This is an office area for designers and developers of various spheres, such as music, design, architecture, graphics, food, art, fashion, and so forth. It will also function as a public space open to all, equipped with a café and a gallery shop.
Tenant business owners can use this place to pursue their endeavors and businesses and to present their achievements. Non-tenants may also use it for one-time workshops, events, and community contribution activities, as well as interact with outside developers and other related businesses.
Note: Applications for occupancy will be processed and determined by BOOK Inc. and the city of Tagawa.
The entire former school building may be rented.
This facility can be used for business, such as for briefing sessions and negotiations, as well as lectures and presentations. It is also available for workshops for small groups. Study desks and chairs can be rented, and fixtures include a blackboard and a large organ. Accommodates approximately 20 to 30 people.
The former Iikane Elementary School’s classrooms have been maintained as they were in their old days and therefore can be utilized as sets for television dramas, movies, and commercials. The hallways, stairs, stair landings, and water fountains that retain the vestiges of days gone by are also available as shooting locations.
This facility can be used to disseminate information, such as exhibiting art work and showcasing products.
